Each session opens with a short whole-group constellation, allowing everyone to arrive and attune together. From there, one participant brings an issue or theme they wish to explore (the theme we will clarified in a separate 1-2-1 session). Other group members are invited to act as representatives for key elements of the system—such as family members, inner parts, or significant dynamics. As the constellation unfolds, subtle movements, sensations, and insights reveal hidden patterns and possible paths toward resolution.

The process is guided with care and simplicity, allowing what needs to be seen to emerge naturally. The session comes to a close when the system settles into greater balance or ease—often in unexpected ways.

Times:
There are two monthly groups to choose from:
Thursday Morning 9:30am – 12:30pm
Thursday Evening 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Constellation work is a one-time intervention. A minimum six-month integration period is recommended before undertaking another constellation.
